NMS (New Medicine Services)
- The NMS is an advanced NHS pharmacy service in England.
- It was introduced on 1 October 2011 to support patients starting a newly prescribed medicine for certain long-term conditions (LTCs).
- Its goals: to improve medicines adherence, help patients use medicines safely and correctly, reduce wastage, reduce medicines-related complications/hospital admissions, and support patients to self-manage their conditions.

Our reception staff will help you schedule an appointment at a time that suits you, with flexible options including morning, afternoon, and some evening appointments. For non-urgent queries, we also offer telephone consultations.
